Requirement for a SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Location: Hyderabad
Cincinnati headquartered global leader in providing customer care, human resources and billing services

Desired Profile:

Must be familiar with development life cycle.
Experience with SAP HR modules (Payroll, Benefits, Portal, PA, OM, TM).
Integration of HR module with Finance Module.
Creates functional specification documents.
Prior experience with Implementation and Support projects.
Experience with testing (Unit/ Manual/ Integration/ Regression) Plus.
SAP Configuration and Documentation experience.
Experience in debugging of ABAP Reports is Must.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Good Communication skills.
Exposure to US benefits and advanced US payroll is a must.
SAP certification will be an added advantage.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline
Or
Master's Degree in related /technical discipline
And
Total of 8+ yrs experience and Four years relevant experience
