Project Managers Vacancy in Real Estate Development - in Bahrain

I am looking at Project Managers at the level of Principal/ Director,
*** Engg - Civil/ BArch, and MBA, both from Premier Institutes
***with 4-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Pre Acquisition Project Feasibility Analysis and Post Acquisition Asset Portfolio Management.
Exposure to GCC market would be an advantage.
***The company offers investment opportunities in real estate development, income producing assets, private equity and Corporate Finance.

This Company was established in 2007 with a paid up capital of US $ 108 million and an authorised capital of US $ 500 million. It has hired the best of the talents from India and other locations. They have recently made a foray into the Indian market with a mega residential project Ashiana worth 200 crores.

There are positions for Research, Marketing Communication, Manager Business Development, Manager EBusiness. The Jds would be sent to the respective shortlisted applicants.
